HouseATL’s work is based on a set of strategic recommendations established by its cross-sector membership. The recommendations are for the civic leadership of Atlanta to advance housing affordability. HouseATL also directly implements some of the recommendations, primarily through its Working Groups. The first set of strategic recommendations were established in 2018. The recommendations were updated in 2023 and can be found here.
