Mijha Godfrey is the Policy and Project Associate at HouseATL, where she advances strategies that expand access to affordable, stable housing for all metro Atlantans. A longtime advocate for equity, she brings deep experience in housing development, legal advocacy and community engagement.

Mijha previously managed multimillion-dollar affordable housing initiatives and has spoken nationally on racial equity and belonging. A graduate of Wellesley College and Yale Law School, she’s passionate about creating policies that translate into real change for families.

Outside of work, Mijha enjoys building community with other families and getting inspired by her family and friends. She is passionate about bringing families together to build community and finds joy and inspiration in time with her loved ones.
