Lindsey Siegel

Lindsey is a Senior Litigation Counsel with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Enforcement. Previously, Lindsey spent a decade representing low-income tenants at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. There, she litigated housing cases in federal and state court and coordinated the organization’s landlord-tenant litigation and policy advocacy. In a case that reached the Georgia Supreme Court, Lindsey led a team that cemented new statewide tenant protections for many long-term residents living in extended stays. Lindsey started her legal career as a Skadden fellow at the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
Lindsey received her bachelor’s degree from Emory University and her law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.
