LaToya Kyle

Vice President, Southeast Region, Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF)

LaToya Kyle serves as Vice President for the Southeast Region and National Community Facilities at the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF), one of the nation’s largest Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI), with over $1 billion in assets under management. In this role she oversees market strategy, fund development, and loan production. Since launching LIIF’s Southeast office in 2017, she has guided the region to deploy more than $500 million in capital, financing affordable housing, charter schools, early childhood education facilities, grocery stores, and health centers.

Before joining LIIF, LaToya held progressive roles in commercial banking and wealth management with institutions including Bank of America and Wa, and also founded and operated small businesses in real estate and franchising. She earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Georgia State University. She is also a graduate of Achieving Excellence, an 18-month executive education program through the Harvard Kennedy School.
