Eboni R. Killian is a Metro Atlanta real estate and housing leader entering her 16th year in the industry, known for translating big-picture housing goals into practical pathways that help people and communities thrive. She serves as Managing Broker of Sovereign Realty & Management, LLC, where the motto “Improving Lives, Transforming Communities” guides her work across residential sales, property management, HOA management, and developer services. 

Across the region, Eboni is recognized for collaborative, cross-sector leadership at the intersection of housing affordability, homeownership access, and community stability. She is in her 2nd year serving as the Co-Chair of HouseATL’s Homeownership Working Group. She serves on the DeKalb Housing Round Table, bringing real-world market insight into conversations focused on sustainable solutions and measurable outcomes. Her leadership also includes service as Vice President of Member Services for the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA), where she strengthens member engagement and helps position REALTORS® as trusted partners in community and municipal housing efforts.

Eboni serves on both the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunities Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunities Committee, advancing strategies that expand opportunity and support equitable homeownership. She is also a NAR-Approved Employer-Assisted Housing Instructor and a Certified REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) Trainer, leveraging education to move systems and unlock access. 

In recognition of her public leadership, Eboni received ARA’s Mrs. Harry Norman, Sr. Brand Ambassador of the Year Award for elevating the Association’s visibility through education and advocacy. She sustained civic engagement, including representing ARA on the NAR Homeownership Month Webinar (June 26, 2025) and helping shift ARA from “observer to partner” in municipal housing conversations.
