The HouseATL Pipeline Review Committee is a subset of the Funders’ Collective that meets regularly and reviews affordable housing development deals that have funding gaps to consider investments. The funders who participate consider making, and coordinating, investments from their own resources. It is staffed by Enterprise Community Partners.
Have a rental or for-sale affordable housing development with gap funding needs? Involved in a preservation opportunity that needs resources so affordable homes are not lost?
If interested in having your deal reviewed by the Pipleline Review Committee for financing, please submit the following materials to [email protected]:
- Sources and Uses
- Development Pro Forma
- Operating Pro Forma
- Renderings, if available
- Narrative describing the project, partners, and impact, including affordability levels
Enterprise Community Partners will respond to all submissions upon review and provide advice and assistance with next steps. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all submissions will be presented to the Pipeline Review Committee. Please submit questions to [email protected].
If you prefer to submit immediately without advice from Enterprise Community Partners, there are two application portal options below:
- City of Atlanta projects: https://form.jotform.com/240155069241046
- Projects outside the City of Atlanta in Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Cobb or Gwinnett counties: https://portal.neighborlysoftware.com/houseatl/Participant
Qualified nonprofit developers of affordable for-sale homes will also be invited to apply for grant funding through the portal. The WORTH Initiative provides grant funding for predevelopment activities and “shovel-ready” for-sale housing developments. Please visit the WORTH page to learn more.
