Archie Emerson

Ms. Archie Emerson has been a leader in the real estate industry since 1993 and is presently the Broker/Owner, Dedicated Realty, Inc. and Branch Manager, NID-HCA Emerson which is a HUD approved affiliate. As a mission focused leader, she has made her life’s goal to serve the unserved and underserved communities by providing the essential educational components to building financial wealth through proper money management which leads to the coveted status of homeownership and the pride of becoming a Homeowner. Currently serving as President-Elect, Empire Board of Realtist; 2nd Vice President, Women’s Council of NAREB; 1st Vice President, VA/REP, Atlanta Chapter and Women’s Council of Empire Board of Realtists, Ms. Emerson is living, working and standing in her motto “Always Dedicated to Serve.”

Suited in the armor of preparation with academics and experience, Ms. Archie earned a Bachelor of Science, Information Systems from Grambling State University and was previously employed as a Teacher/Instructor in both the public school system and the collegiate arenas. Additionally, she holds a federal license as a Certified Housing Counselor, Freddie Mae Certified Credit Smart Specialist, VA Relocation Housing Specialist, Financial Advisor and Financial Coaching Certification.

Ms. Archie was born and raised in Ringgold, Louisiana to a large family, the 11th child of twelve children. Currently living in Atlanta, Georgia with three adult sons and has consistently shown the importance of her family placement. She has total commitment to the people and their communities and always gives more than one hundred percent of her time, energy and knowledge. Ms. Archie Emerson is a faithful and dedicated member of the First Baptist Church of Red Oak, College Park, Georgia and always leans on her faith to be the lamp unto feet and the light for her pathway. A couple of her most favorite mantras are “If given a chance, you should always make a difference” and “If I can help somebody as I travel along, then my living shall not be in vain.”
