Mandy Eidson

Mandy J. Eidson is a dedicated community development professional with extensive experience in affordable housing and capital management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Community Engagement at Self-Help Credit Union, one of the nation’s leading Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), she has a proven track record in cultivating mission-aligned partnerships and driving economic inclusion initiatives. Mandy holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies from the European Union’s 4Cities program, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNC-Chapel Hill.
In her prior role as Loan Fund Director for the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership (ANDP), Mandy played a pivotal role in growing the fund’s assets from $3 million to $27 million, overseeing an eightfold increase in the loan portfolio, and financing over 2,000 affordable housing units. She served as the Fund Administrator for an $8 million statewide CDFI coalition, managed complex relationships with funders and service providers, and was instrumental in deploying Federal Home Loan Bank down payment assistance to low-income families. Mandy is also active in various leadership roles, including serving on the Board of HOPE Atlanta and chairing the Service Committee for the Women’s Affordable Housing Network of Atlanta. Her commitment to community empowerment is further exemplified by her mentorship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta and her recognition as an Emerging Leader by the ULI Atlanta Women’s Leadership Initiative. Through these roles, Mandy continues to advocate for equitable development and sustainable community growth.
