Grace Roth
Manager of Portfolio Development, Atlanta Land Trust
Grace Roth is the Manager of Portfolio Development with the Atlanta Land Trust, and has served in this role since July 2022. Her main responsibilities include overseeing the development of scatter site single family homes, as well as the creation of various ALT programs. A Georgia Tech Master of City and Regional Planning graduate, Grace researched the history of racialized development in Atlanta, Tax Allocation Districts, and the intersection of climate justice and planning. She also worked as a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Scoring Intern at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Before coming to Georgia, Grace served as a Construction Site Coordinator with the Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity and Field Engineer/Civil Estimator with Kiewit Power Constructors, Inc. in Kansas. Grace is interested in the intersection of economic, environmental, and housing justice and hopes to empower individuals and communities to envision and work toward a better world.
