Ashlee Williams joins HouseATL with a rich background in case management, social services, program development, benefits coordination and community outreach. She has held positions with Ridgeview Institute, The Hendley Foundation and the Social Security Administration, among others. Her work has included maintaining highly confidential records, researching government policies, and facilitating fundraising initiatives. She has a track record of implementing process improvements that support organizational efficiency while also improving customers’ ability to secure quality services. Throughout her career, Ashlee has been a passionate advocate for marginalized communities and for youth and displaced families, helping them secure resources and maximize benefits.

Ashlee holds a degree in communications from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work from Howard University.

As HouseATL’s new membership associate, Ashlee will be the initial point of contact for HouseATL’s new and existing members. She will be responsible for membership management, event and meeting coordination, and supporting HouseATL’s growth and operations as the organization prepares to introduce its next strategic plan.
